Deposits
All bookings require a deposit as laid out in the service menu. This deposit is taken off the treatment at the end of the service.
Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment within 48 to 24 hours you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of services booked. If less than 24 hours notice is provided 100% will be charged.
If you have one or more services booked and you give less than 48 hours notice to cancel one of the services you will be charged 50%, if less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be charged 100% of the service cancelled.
If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakages these will be fixed free of charge up until 72 hours after your appointment. After 72 hours you will be charged as per normal repairs.
I thank you for your understanding. As a small business it is very difficult to manage without enforcing these policies.
